Dyma-Burn Xtreme with Ephedrina™ is a fat-burning formula which combines natural and high-tech supplements. According to the product advertisement, Ephedrina™ is as an ingredient that will help “gain control” over appetite, weight loss and energy.

The product contains some of the following ingredients:

Ephedrina™, White Willow Bark, Pantothenic Acid, Chromium polynicotinate Citrimax™, L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Ginger Root, Bladderwrack, Cayenne, Siberian Ginseng, Yohimbe, Zytrix™, Bioprene®, Guarana Seed Extract and Yerba Mate. The last two ingredients contain caffeine.

Ephedrina™, Zytrix™, Citrimax™ and Bioperine® are proprietary herbal extract and enzyme blends. How they contribute to weight loss and energy enhancement is not clearly stated in the nutrition fact label. It is also uncertain whether or not the product contains ephedra although we assume that it does. Citrimax™ is a typical ingredient used in weight loss products although research findings conflict with regard to its effectiveness as a fat burner. Bioperine® which is a black pepper extract, promotes thermogenesis.

Chromium helps to metabolize fats and carbohydrates while maintaining lean muscle mass.

Dyma-Burn Xtreme contains a mild-stimulant in the form of Guarana. It is a South American berry the seed extract of which is used to increase stamina and physical endurance. Yerba Mate which contains Vitamin C, promotes thermogenesis and may help curb food cravings. Siberian Ginseng is a medicinal herb that boosts stamina and supports the immune system.

White willow bark works similarly as aspirin but without the stomach upset or bleeding which aspirin can sometimes cause. Ginger helps in suppressing appetite, indigestion and motion sickness. L -carnitine is useful in metabolizing food into energy; Bladderwrack contains iodine and thus may help promote weight loss.
