Review Summary
F Plan is a high fiber diet which was based on a book written by Audrey Eyton in the late 1980’s. Predictably, it requires increased consumption of fiber-based foods in order to limit caloric intake. Although the original edition of the book is now out of print, there are still some people who still adhere to the diet plan.
Aside from regular exercise, the other important component of a complete weight loss program is a healthy diet. Eating right does not only result in achieving a better looking body, it also promotes overall good health by conditioning the cardiovascular system and reducing the risk of developing certain diseases. There are some supplements that may add support to a good diet plan. In this review, we will take a close look at this diet plan to see if works effectively.

Concept
This diet basically involves the limiting of caloric intake to around 1,500 or less, and increasing fiber intake beyond the recommended value of 25-30 grams. The plan also requires the drinking of large amounts of water to prevent constipation.
Dieters following this plan are encouraged to eat complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. A sample menu may include cereal and fruit for breakfast; coleslaw with nuts and a piece of fruit for lunch; and skinless baked chicken, a baked potato and a mixed salad for dinner.

Diet Lifestyle
Most diet plans recommend drinking eight cups of water daily but with this plan the requirement is much higher due to the large amount of fiber included. While on this diet, people may experience flatulence (which may or may not be controllable) and some may have difficulty chewing and swallowing so much fiber.
When fiber-based food enters the stomach, it expands as it absorbs water thereby creating a feeling of fullness. Thus the appetite is satisfied and lfewer calories are consumed. There is however, another way of controlling the appetite without having to deal with the potential side-effects of a high fiber diet. Taking dietary supplements is a more convenient way to keep the appetite in check.

Final Thoughts
F Plan Diet may appeal to people who would like to control their eating through natural means. However, we believe that taking an appetite suppressant that contains all-natural herbal ingredients is a more convenient and effective way to do it. An appetite suppressant such as Hoodia Gordoonii is available in capsule form and can be taken anytime and anywhere.
Hoodia has been used as an appetite suppressant for thousands of years by tribesmen in South Africa when going on long hunting trips. The extract contains the molecule ‘P57 ‘ which tricks the brain into believing that the stomach is full even if only little has actually been eaten.
