Fatblast simply relies on a fat binding ingredient to reduce the amount of calories absorbed by the body in order to achieve weight loss.

Fatblast may be a good supplement to use by people who do not have enough time to engage in other weight loss endeavors. The large amount of fiber and digestive ingredients it contains may assist in speeding up the process by which food is taken in, processed and eliminated. Although Chitosan is advertised as being a fat absorber, there is no research or clinical trial that validates this.
