The overwhelming number of weight loss products can cause confusion among dieters who want to purchase a product that really works. The packaging and the prices may vary, but above everything else, most diet supplements pretty much have commonalities.
The effective burning away of fat is a claim that is most common among diet supplements today. Ultra CitruSPA is no different. Ultra CitruSPA is manufactured by Nutramerica, the same people who are behind the popular TRIMSPA. Let’s take a look at the formulation of this product and decide for ourselves whether Ultra CitruSPA is worth a shot or not.
Ultra CitruSPA has the following ingredients: Concentrated Grapefruit Extract, Hoodia Gordonii, Green Tea Extract, ECGG, Caffeine and Citrus Niaringin.
On a positive note, we feel that the use of Hoodia Gordonii as an ingredient is a great choice because this herbal ingredient has been traditionally used as an appetite suppressant for the longest time. Moreover, Hoodia Gordonii offers no side effects. Unlike other appetite suppressants, Hoodia Gordonii does not provide a negative effect to the energy levels of the person using it. In fact, Hoodia Gordonii is known to increase energy levels.
On the other hand, we note that the formulation of this product contains two stimulants, Green Tea and Caffeine. Both ingredients are considered as effective antioxidants; plus, they can also offer a boost in energy levels. However, it is common fact that stimulants are not healthy options, particularly because it carries certain side effects that are not good for the overall health of an individual.
As a whole, we are more or less fine with the formulation; although we still think that this product needs a more active fat burner to make its weight loss components work more efficiently. Specifically, we are aiming at Ultra CitruSPA’s improvement. A good option would have been to include another herbal ingredient in the likes of Bitter Orange Extract. More so because it was clinically proven that the active fat burner Bitter Orange Extract works best when paired with the appetite suppressant Hoodia Gordonii. |
